absolutely not impressed, the breakfast servings were tiny, and it took forever to get anything refilled. Plus, my room was cramped, with barely any space to walk around the bed. I woudl ve been delighted with a complimentary upgrade or at least a personal greeting, but apparently, they think everyone deserves the same treatment. I just couldn’t give a good review.
